About the role
A unique opportunity for a seasoned senior marketing and communications expert to lead and shape a multibrand growth strategy for this social impact organisation focused on creating thriving workplaces, both in Australia and internationally.
This role offers the breadth to use your strategic and operational marketing skillset with responsibility for driving brand growth, demand generation and meaningful engagement across both B2B and B2C audiences.
Working closely with the Leadership Team, as well as a marketing and content team, you’ll ensure marketing is aligned to commercial priorities while also strengthening the position as a trusted voice in the future of work, workplace culture, care and wellbeing.
This role is for someone who is equally comfortable setting direction and taking ownership to operationally deliver. It requires strong multi-brand media and communications experience to engage both B2B and B2C audiences.
What you’ll be doing
Brand, positioning and storytelling
You’ll lead the evolution of our brands, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent and resonates with both employers and employees. You’ll translate policy and education programs into compelling, accessible value propositions and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Sponsorship campaigns and demand generation
You’ll plan and deliver integrated campaigns aligned to revenue and engagement goals. You’ll support lead generation, targeted outreach, nurture journeys and pipeline contribution, sponsorship and partner campaigns, driving execution to maintain quality and momentum.
Content and channel strategy
You’ll oversee a strong, purpose-led content engine across thought leadership, education and conversion. This includes shaping multi-channel content plans and, at times, creating key assets yourself to ensure clarity, quality and impact.
Media and advocacy
You’ll play a key role in strengthening our voice in market. Working with the Leadership Team, you’ll identify and develop compelling media angles, thought leadership and speaking opportunities, and build relationships that amplify our reach and influence.
Customer and member engagement
You’ll design and optimise engagement journeys across member and non-member audiences, ensuring we deliver value at every stage. This includes overseeing lifecycle marketing and automation through HubSpot to support both engagement and retention.
Team leadership and delivery
You’ll have oversight of the marketing resources and budget, while managing workflows across internal and external contributors. You’ll balance strategic oversight with delivery, ensuring priorities are clear and work is executed to a high standard.
Performance and optimisation
You’ll track and analyse performance across campaigns and channels, using insights to continuously improve. Marketing is expected to contribute to pipeline, engagement and retention, and you’ll play a key role in making that visible.
